Delete your account

You can delete your Neatrip account and everything in it from the app:

Open Neatrip and tap your account icon at the top right.
Tap Delete my account and data and confirm.

This deletes your account, your profile and every trip you own, with its plans, bookings, tickets and photos. If you own trips shared with other people, the app warns you first so you can make someone else the owner. You leave trips others have shared with you, and anything you marked private on them is deleted.

If you can no longer sign in, email privacy@neatrip.app from the address you signed up with and we'll delete it for you.
